Micah's Drive for Life
Micah and his family were part of Ron Carlsen's marrow drive to celebrate the anniversary of his stem cell transplant in Evansville. Since Micah lives in Janesville, he and his family planned a blood drive, marrow drive, and public education and awareness of "Donate Life" and Restoring Hope Transplant House for that area. Other scouts also helped. Margaret Shannon with the Rock River Blood Center represented the marrow donor drive along with Ron and Pat Carlsen. Cindy Herbst is the executive director of Restoring Hope Transplant House. We thank Micah for seeing the Carlsen's serving others and then he and his family took it to an even higher level in Janesville. Micah we are so grateful for you.
