Restoring Hope Transplant House is a non-profit home in downtown Middleton, Wisconsin that offers comfortable and affordable housing to transplant patients and their caregivers while they are in the Madison area for life-saving procedures at nearby UW Hospital.

Frett Foundation Supports Restoring Hope
In memory of Dustin Rozmenoski, the Donna Frett Organ Donation Foundation has graciously donated $12,000 to Restoring Hope Transplant House. We are so grateful for the Frett and Rozmenoski families and all they do to support the transplant community and each other. Their story is an incredible one that often reminds us of why this house is so important to a lot of people. Thank you all!
